Wild Woolly aim to have every customer satisfied with their order. Customers have the right to a refund or replacement if the product is faulty. On the occasion that a product is faulty and you are not satisfied, please email or call us. We may request photos or a video to look at the problem. Once we determine the problem, we will be happy to refund or replace the product for you once we have received the original product back at Wild Woolly. Return postage is at cost of customer if the product is determined not faulty.
