Returns

Wild Woolly aims to have every customer satisfied with their order. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your product or receive a faulty item, please email or call us. We may request photos or a video to assess the problem. Once we determine the issue, we will be happy to refund or replace the product after receiving the original item back at Wild Woolly. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to process after we receive your return. Return shipping costs:

  • For faulty products: Shipping costs will be covered by Wild Woolly
  • For non-defective returns: Return postage is at the cost of the customer
